What deployment frequency can we achieve?+
With mature CI/CD, most teams move from weekly or monthly deployments to multiple per day. We track DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, change failure rate) as our success criteria.
Should we use Kubernetes or a simpler container platform?+
Kubernetes is powerful but operationally complex. For teams under 10 engineers, we often recommend ECS, Fly.io, or Railway. We choose based on your team size, traffic scale, and operational maturity — not hype.
How do you handle secrets and environment variables securely?+
We use HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager for secret storage, inject secrets at runtime via Kubernetes secrets or ECS task roles, and never allow secrets in environment files or source code.
Can you set up monitoring for our existing infrastructure?+
Yes. We deploy Prometheus and Grafana on your existing infrastructure, instrument your applications with metrics and traces, build dashboards for key SLIs, and configure PagerDuty alerting.
What is GitOps and do we need it?+
